We have allowed this window to ensure we have time to fulfil the large number of subscriptions we send each month, plus give a contingency to the occasional issues with couriers.
Once your box has been shipped you will receive a tracking code via email and it should be with you within 48 hours of receiving the tracking via our shipping partner. If you have not received a tracking email please look in junk and add us to the safe senders list 😊
